Dave brings more than 21 years of operating experience in the software, Internet commerce, and wireless markets. He began his career as one of the early team members at Solectron, a $16 billion market leader in electronics manufacturing. Dave was also founder and managing partner of The Ascent Group: a strategy consult serving firms like Intel, Microsoft, Sun, Bell Atlantic, Fujitsu and Marimba. He is a co-founder at GeoTrust, and during his tenure as an OVP partner, he served on the board of @mobile prior to its acquisition by software.com. |

| Brad Feld - Managing Director, Mobius Venture Capital |

Bradley Feld is a managing director of Mobius' current and prior technology funds. He joined the fund in June 1996. In 1995, he founded Intensity Ventures, a company that helps launch and operate software companies. Intensity Ventures was a venture affiliate of SOFTBANK.
Previously, Mr. Feld served as chief technology officer of AmeriData Technologies following AmeriData’s acquisition of Feld Technologies, a firm founded by Mr. Feld in 1988, which he had developed into one of Boston’s leading software consulting firms. He also directed the diversification into software consulting at AmeriData, a $1.5 billion publicly-traded company which was acquired by GE Capital.
Mr. Feld serves as director of or advisor to several current and past technology fund portfolio companies and other Internet-related and software companies. He holds SB and SM degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

| Walter Knapp - Investment Partner, Cambridge Technology Partners |

Walter Knapp, Investment Partner at Novell Technology Capital, previously was an investment manager at Cambridge Technology Capital. Prior to this he was the National Director for NewCo Solutions at Cambridge Technology Partners, a division that works with high-velocity, start-up and spin-off companies. Previously he served as the Interactive Solutions Market Lead for Cambridge Technology Partners in the Rocky Mountain region. Walter co-founded DCN a developer of Internet appliances and software solutions for live imaging. He was a Research Analyst for Online Network Enterprises, Inc. and held sales and marketing positions with MPC, Inc. and Collagen Biomedical, Inc. Walter has a BA in History from Boston College and a ME in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Walter currently manages Novell Ventures and Cambridge Technology Capital investments in companies: Alphablox, CollabNET, Evergreen, Netvision, Newmoon, Plumtree and Oblix. |

| Shawn Luetchens - Founder, Saffron Hill Ventures |

Prior to founding Saffron Hill Ventures, Shawn worked as an investment principal for Tribune Ventures where he invested in seed stage through pre-IPO round financings for digital media, infrastructure, and commerce companies. Shawn served on the Board of four Tribune portfolio companies and established Tribune's first seed stage financing. From 1991-1994 Shawn worked for a private consulting firm based in Washington, DC where he managed technology development research projects focused on the development and financing of emerging technologies. Earlier in his career, Shawn worked as a Senior Project Manager for the US EPA managing multi-million dollar technology research, design, and construction projects.
Shawn is a Director of Webscreen Technologies, MeMedia, Hot Property, and Saffron Hill Ventures in the UK. He also serves as an advisor to the board for Siperian (USA) and Tagsys (France). Shawn earned an MBA from Northwestern University's J L Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Physical Sciences from the University of Nebraska. |

Rick Patch, who started his career as a pioneering software entrepreneur, has significant experience in information technology and in the financing and operations of early-stage companies. He is a Past Chairman of the Colorado Venture Capital Association, and is currently an advisor to the University of Colorado Center for Entrepreneurship. Rick sits on the Colorado Commission on Science and Technology, and on the Board of Directors for several of Sequel Partners' portfolio companies. |

| Alex Tosheff - Partner, St. Paul Venture Capital |

Alex Tosheff is a technology professional with over 17 years of experience in broadband communications networking, next generation networks, information systems and security. Alex supports St. Paul’s portfolio of companies and prospective new investments by performing due-diligence and acting in advisory roles. In addition, he pursues and helps to develop St. Paul’s comprehensive network of telecommunications professionals.
Prior to joining St. Paul in 2001, Alex held the position of Corporate Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a Fortune 500 employee-owned company with $6B in revenues and parent company of Telcordia Technologies. In his role as the CTO of SAIC’s Global Telecommunications Group based in San Diego, California, he provided technical and business development leadership to numerous projects and managed strategic aspects of minority investments by the SAIC Venture Capital Corporation in telecommunications. In addition, Alex utilized his extensive operational experience and domain knowledge to lead technical due-diligence efforts for new strategic investments. |

| Allen Weinberg - Managing Director, Glenbrook Partners |

Allen is a founding partner of Glenbrook Partners. He has 20 years of experience as a consultant and executive at leading financial services and Internet companies.
Prior to founding Glenbrook, he worked in new product development, channel strategies, and pricing in the e-commerce, P2P, and mobile commerce markets. Allen worked at First Data Corporation as Senior Vice President of product development and marketing with responsibility for all credit and debit products in First Data's $1.5 billion merchant processing business.
Prior to FDC, Allen was a vice president at Visa USA, responsible for merchant pricing (interchange) and new market development. He was also a senior manager in Accenture's Strategic Services practice where he led strategic planning, operations, marketing, and product development engagements, and was one of the firm's worldwide payments experts. Over the years, Allen has also worked as a founder and consultant to a number of successful startups. |
