At the Digital ID World 2005 conference, we will be presenting the fourth annual Digital Identity Industry Awards. These awards are dedicated to recognizing those individuals or organizations that have made a significant contribution (technology, policy or social) to the digital identity industry.

Do you know someone who has made a significant contribution in the past year to the development of the digital identity industry? If so, please nominate them for a Digital Identity Industry Award.

The winners will be formally recognized at this year's Award Banquet taking place Wednesday night, May 11th at the Digital ID World 2005 conference.

Award winners are selected from the nominees by a vote of the Digital ID World Advisory Board and will be notified no later than April 30th, 2005. Winners must be present to win.

•  Individuals within an organization may be nominated.
•  Submissions must be received no later than March 25th, 2005.
•  Selected winners must be present to receive their award at the awards dinner Wednesday night, May 11th in San Francisco, CA.
•  You may not apply on your own behalf.
•  The submission form must be completed in its entirety.
